Oodles of Icing {Sweet!!}

Okay, I was sick then I had a wedding to do then I was sick and well… that’s my list of excuses for taking so long to finish to previously promised feature on Terri Roberts and her amazing company Oodles of Icing.  I can vouch personally for both the visual perfection and the amazing yumminess of her cuppycakes!! Terri does cupcakes not only for wedding but birthdays, special events, anniversaries… I mean, is there really an occasion that couldn’t benefit from a cupcake?? Really?? I think they would make an amazing Thank you gift for your photographer?? Here’s a little about Terri in her own words…

“I’m a mom of ‘soon to be two’.  I enjoy being creative, and love baking and adding flare to cupcakes.  My passion is working with my hands and coming up with new ideas.  Working on my own and being creative is the best feeling in the world. And even more important is the feeling I get when a client receives their cupcakes and simply ‘smiles!’ ”

Well, thanks to my busy-ness and sickiness Terri is actually a Mom of two now!!
